All pricing, billing frequency, and plan features are clearly displayed before payment is submitted.

If you are unsure about continuing after a trial or promotional period, we recommend canceling your subscription before the billing cycle ends to avoid automatic charges.

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.

To avoid renewal charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle.

• Click your profile icon in the top right corner
• Go to Membership Plan
• Click Cancel Subscription

Once canceled:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be applied

If cancellation is not completed before renewal, the next billing charge will still apply.

Due to processing costs from AI video generation and third party services, subscription payments are generally non refundable once:

• The service has been activated, or
• A billing cycle has started

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• You used MotionGen premium features during a trial period and did not cancel before it ended
• Your subscription renewed because cancellation was not completed before the renewal date

To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel your subscription in advance if you do not wish to continue.

Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable law or in cases of verified billing errors.
